We comply with "Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000" as laid out by the UK Department of Trade and Industry.
You have the right to cancel your order without giving a reason during the cancellation period. The cancellation period is 7 days and begins on the day you receive your goods. For communicating, you should use details provided on our Contact Us page.
If you wish to cancel:
You may optionally phone us to let us know in advance.
You MUST inform us in writing via post or e-mail.
We will issue you with a 'Returns Number' and an address to which the goods should be returned to.
You need to return the goods to us at your own expense. In the event that you do not return the goods to us, a deduction will be made from the refund to cover the direct cost of collecting the goods.
Your money will be refunded within 30 days of receipt of your written cancellation.
Purchase of goods:
All prices are stated in Great Britain Pounds (£) and include delivery to the UK plus VAT at the prevailing rate.
Currently we are only offering delivery to the UK. For orders to Europe or Worldwide please contact us for delivery prices.
